​Make a Donation to the Museum 

The Sawmill Museum is owned and operated by the Midwest Lumber Museum, Inc., a private, non-profit corporation. All gifts to the Museum are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.  Or if you prefer check, make check payable to The Sawmill Museum. The museum's new book is out. During the shutdown, the museum can mail you the book, or you can purchase a book for pick up once we open! The book is $22.00 and if you want it shipped, it's an additional $3 dollars (total of $25).

Located along the Mississippi River at the crossroads of the Great River Road and the Lincoln Highway, ​ come discover when Clinton was at the crossroads of lografts, sawmills, and railroads.

Tu-Sat: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 1pm-5pm
Monday: 1pm-6pm
Museum is closed on Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and January 1

Admission Prices

Adults (13 & Above): $6.00
Children (4-12): $5.00
Children 0-3: Free
