View the Mississippi River from Lock & Dam 13 to the Mark Morris Memorial Bridge (Highway 136). An impressive panoramic with views of Fulton's Windmill and Clinton's Discovery Trail. 
The Mississippi River cam honors the memory of Forrest & Doris Herold.

​Museum is closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
