Before or After hours
The museum recognizes that many events are before or after regular hours and/or require setup/tear down outside of normal hours. We are very accommodating.
tables and chairs
While the museum has standard rectangular mold tables and 5 foot rounds, perhaps a more refined touch is desired. Locally, Seeser Rental might be your best option
Schedule a sawing
The museum's sawyers love to cut for special events as long as it fits their schedule.
Wireless & A/V
The museum has one 55 inch TV and laptop hooked up with spotty wi-fi. It is recommended to bring your own hot spot.
Setup and tear down
The museum staff cannot guarantee its availability to help setup and tear down the event, but if we have the time, we do LOVE to help.
Alcohol and ENTERTAINMENT
For any event outside the museum building, special event insurance might be required. To serve alcohol a discussion with our insurance agent and the city might be required.
